Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is supporting a Logistics company. And to support their initiatives they are looking to engage with a Inside Sales Manager.
Responsibilities includes:
1. Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Head of
Sales and Business Development.
2. Provide regular activity and sales reports to the head of Sales and
Business Development.
3. Secure new sales, increase profit margins and drive higher levels of
customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing
accounts.
4. Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability per goals set
forth by management
5. Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations,
proposals and other sales materials.
6. Data base generation of prospective clients
7. Sales organization planning and development
8. Conceiving and implementing short/ long term business plans
9. Expanding the existing client base
10. Identifying and developing potential clients
11. Tapping profitable business opportunities
12. Receivable Management
Note: The project is based out of Mumbai/Delhi and requires a full time support for 5 months.
1. Prior Experience in B2B Sales (Warehousing, Space Selling) is a must
2. Hands on experience in concept sales and ability to create
value propositions
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation
4. Customer-focused orientation.
5. Strong analytical thinking skills
6. Highly effective communicator, with strong “influencing” skills
7. Self -starter, independent worker.
8. High energy, motivated personality and with robust problem-solving
attitude.
