Assignment Details

Our client is a leading management consultancy. They are looking to engage with a consultant - Project Manager who will work closely with the Chief Transformation officer and sales & marketing leaders to own business case planning,
perform 360 degree performance analyses and provide inputs for reviews and timely escalations. Success in this role requires extensive data driven and stake-holder aligned problem solving supported by an acumen for sales processes.

Key Responsibilities are:
1. Prepare business case and planning for projects in the transformation office
2. Provide insights on project/ sales performance covering channel, product, geography and financial elements
3. Own the budgeting and sales planning process
4. Track KPIs (Volume, SOM%, finances) at sales chief and RBM levels to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of sales programs/schemes
5. Alert with early warning systems on regional performance
6. Create and own standard review templates for sales performance management reviews
7. Collaborate with MIS team to furnish dashboards, reports and insights as and when needed
8. Play central role in setting up governance– fortnightly reviews, AMCOM, board meeting, etc

Note: This is a full time, onsite project in Delhi for 12 months.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor’s degree required from tier-1/2 university with 3-5 years of
2. Post-graduate degree from Tier 2/3 institute with 1-3 years experience
3. Recommended work experience:
4. Central sales function with exposure to analytics
5. MIS experience with sales exposure
6. Central planning budgeting experience
7. Work under pressure of multiple projects / initiatives and deadline
8. Multiple stake holder collaboration (sales, product, finance and corporate) to
deliver required insights
