Assignment Details

Our client a global consulting firm is looking to onboard an individual who is keen to drive a unique talent development initiative for the firm, explore the business side, and develop strong entrepreneurial muscle. As Program Lead, how you design and implement this initiative will determine the success of an ambitious recruitment and training prototype.
The role requires an individual with the entrepreneurial mindset of envisioning and creating change. To be resourceful and an independent thinker in order to carve out this non-established pathway and be willing to continuously innovate and carry calculated risks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and execute a formal onboarding program for our Residency Fellows.
• Actively engage with the staffing lead to slot Residency Fellows on projects that are related to their relevant expertise area and also expand their professional exposure.
• Design the mid-term review process including developing the timeline, process, and expected outcome.
• Oversee the formal performance appraisal program, and ensure Residency Fellows feel supported all through their journey
• Engage with the Training Team to conduct a regular training session for all Residency Fellows
• Design and shape initiatives to enhance the Program experience (e.g. peer lunches, sessions with the partners etc.) and ensure positive experience for the Residency Fellows.

• You are a creative thinker with the ability to translate goals at full-strength into operational realities
• You are resilient and can motivate yourself and others to the kinds of actions that enable success
• You are always questioning how things can be done better and can course correct even the most intricately designed program if required
• You are disciplined and can focus on what’s important when it comes to managing multiple discrete pieces.
