Assignment Details

Our client, a not-for-profit organization, is looking for a suitable consultant- Grant Management Associate to join our Operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Programme Funding Management:
• Review and monitoring of Programme Budgets.
• Assist in review of Programmes and ensuring all the documentation is in order.
• Coordination with Programme beneficiaries.
• Managing funding agreements.
• Creating MIS for facilitating planning and tracking of Programme funding.

Finance, Budget & Accounting:
• To ensure accounting records are maintained as per prescribed standards and policies.
• Timely deliverables w.r.t statutory compliances.
• Budget management.
• Correspondence with banks.
• Assist in Audit engagements: support the audit process as required.

Skills Required

• Graduate/post graduate with finance and accounting background.
• 3 years of experience in grant management and accounting in an impact investment fund or charitable organization or social enterprise.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Tally.
• Logical thinker, ability to connect the dots.
• Project execution experience.
• Comfortable working in situations with tight timelines or dealing with ad-hoc requests.
