We are looking for a part / full time Business Development Specialist for our team in Mumbai.
They will be expected to build, manage and leverage relationships with new / potential clients (using their own as well as collective network), develop the sales pipeline by carrying out outreach activities / outbound prospecting efforts, and generate qualified leads / conversations opportunities for client acquisition.
In addition, they will be expected to work on building lead specific sales collaterals and client proposals, as well as participate in the overall marketing / brand-building activities.

We prefer strong professionals specializing in selling Services (preferably in HR Advisory space) to be part of our team as they understand the Services market better, and are able to deliver high impact sales development strategies. Some of the skills that we are expecting from the Business Development Specialist include:
- Market analysis, segmentation and strategy design
- Sales development & pipeline management
- Developing Sales collateral and Business Proposals
- Familiarity and comfort with HR Functional skills: Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- People with strong Customer Focus, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) & self-confidence will be preferred
