A Management Consulting Firm
Our client, a management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant from the Building Materials Industry to drive a Sales Transformation initiative for their client.
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop a robust and targeted Sales Transformation strategy and execution plan
2. Drive execution models with the teams to deliver impact
3. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
4. Initiate and coach key stakeholders, teams on their roles in effective change
5. Work with the consulting team in identifying other areas of sales opportunities, process improvements, help de-bottleneck issues that may arise during implementation
This would require full time capacity for 6 months (extendable)
1. Previous experience in building construction material industry is a must- in South and/or East India
2. Should have been a part of sales transformation initiatives
3. Ability to drive implementation models in a fast-paced, changing environment
4. Excellent communications and presentation skills
5. Relationship Oriented
