Our client, a management consulting firm, is working with an FMCG client. They are looking for a Sales Lead with expertise and hands-on experience in the FMCG domain who can set up a call-centre team of tele-callers and team leads to pitch online selling of products to distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a single point of contact between the team leads and tele-callers.
2. Overlook and ensure process benchmarks and targets are met and adhered to.
3. Handle end-to-end operations of the call-centre.
4. Pitch existing & potential clients and making them aware of the product offerings.
Note: This project is based out of Pune.
1. Hands of experience in Sales and Business Development is a must
2. Prior experience working in the FMCG domain is a must
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Local geography knowledge is a must
5. Experience in setting up and leading a large team
6. Stakeholder management experience
