Assignment Details

We are looking for a seasoned Consultant to help us manage a high performing PMO for 3-4 critical financial inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Ensure clear implementation plans are in place for each initiative - which are aligned with the various partners and stakeholders (e.g. donors, policy think tanks etc.)
2. Establish and help run a robust project management process to ensure that initiatives are tracked transparently and all stakeholders are updated on critical metrics
3. Proactively identify risks and help resolve potential bottlenecks
4. Help synthesise progress and learnings, and use these to update the overall thesis

Skills Required

- Experience in working with an international consulting firm is a must
- In-depth understanding of financial services domain is expected, as is knowledge of efforts for financial inclusion targeting BOP populations
-Expertise in managing and driving large projects / initiatives
- An interest in the development/policy space is a definite plus
- Understanding of Behavioural Sciences would be beneficial
