Assignment Details

We are looking for a legal consultant to support us on the following:

1. Advising on litigation strategy for business contracts
2. Advising and supporting on corporate law, M&A and other aspects
3. Supporting and managing all legal documentation and paperwork
4. Drafting necessary letters, pleadings, notices and other documents
5. Coordinating with the Human Resources Department and various internal stakeholders of the Company on legal matters

Skills Required

- Prior experience in corporate law and business contract related matters .
- Prior corporate exposure in addition to experience in practicing law
- Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, contract management with sound knowledge of applicable laws & compliance
- Team management & leadership skills
