Our client, a category-defining Virtualization Company is looking to engage with a Consultant to refine their product development and managed services vision, Potential M&A, Partnership and alliances plan
Key responsibilities:
i) Conduct in-depth research Industry focus on the Intellectual Property (IP), emphasizing trademarks and patents.
ii) Analyze the size and trends of the IP market in the US, UK, Europe, China, etc
iii) Identify key law firms specializing in trademarks and patents based on revenue, specialization, and alliances with technology solutions.
iv) IP management - legacy solutions and new technologies, including GenAI,
v) Patents and GenAI solutions for managing patents
vi) Trademarks and GenAI solutions for managing trademarks
vii) The impact of GenAI in the IP management solutions (patents and trademarks) market
viii) New entrants, fund raises and M&A activity

Skills Required
- Experience in research of Intellectual Property (IP), particularly trademarks and patents.
- Understanding of the IP landscape, key law firms, market trends, and emerging technologies, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, especially in the context of GenAI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term business planning.
