Assignment Details

Our client is a leading professional services firm and is looking to engage with a survey designer who can up come up with a survey design that can be used periodically by the Project Managers (PM) for the Projects to get a view to the health of their projects – in terms of schedule, budget, revenue, quality, customer satisfaction and any other key factors.

Key elements for the survey :-
- A simple design for this survey. Should not take too much time for a PM to fill this out, say no more than 15-20 mins every 15 days
- Best way to formulate questions and possible options for answers
- Best way to get details of top issues, root cause and mitigation
- Best way to gather information on “What’s going well”
- Easy way to derive meaningful insights from inputs received and a rating on the project – Red/Amber/Green
- Enable aggregation of inputs at account level, vertical level and show a month-on-month trending of issues, ratings etc.
- Ways to incorporate exceptions if any

Skills Required

- Expert on designing surveys by industry and services
- Capability to design such survey with his expertise in survey design skills
- Knowledge of project management including lifecycle of a typical project from start to finish
- Awareness and understanding of typical issues that can impact a project outcome.
