Assignment Details

The consultant would be required to support us on the following

Supplier Approval/Re-approval • SRG/EHS audit completion and re-audits per risk assessment frequency • SRG audit finding closure <60 days with suppliers • NEW supplier(s) risk assessment/commodity audits

Supplier Qualification (Parts/process/product) • On time part/product qualification (MPP/PQP/QCP, etc.) in eSMS / company portal (Conduct First Article inspection) • Disqualify suppliers/parts

Supplier Performance management • Surveillance audit program - critical supplier list maintenance and audit program sustainability • RCA/CI activity for top issues • Close audit findings • Supplier deviation (SDR) approval and management with supplier and GE teams • Supplier KPI performance monitoring and follow-up (PPM/CARs/RCA) on an urgent basis • NCR management (follow-up and closure) with supplier and reporting to EC HQ Team • Recovery of COF (non-transactional or material replacement) • Monthly supplier performance monitoring CIR

Well versed with SDR, PPM, SRG, etc
