Impact on the Business / Function [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
• Provide market intelligence inputs for effective decision making on an ongoing basis, through an ‘outside in’ view perspective and engage in mapping the analysis of market landscape and identify suitable business development opportunities.
• Strong focus on innovation and bringing new thinking into the function to support and influence long term company strategy
• Lead strategic research for complex business issues at strategic, organizational, and operational level, including assisting in key transformational projects
• Track and be accountable for influencing focused execution of strategic initiatives as per strategic plan

Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
• Identify new strategic initiatives based on customer insights, or provide inputs on how initiatives to be modified
• Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders in each of the initiatives to solicit their inputs and feedback
• Syndicate preliminary findings and recommendations with the stakeholders; develop action plans
• Provide periodic updates to stakeholders on the progress of strategic initiatives

Leadership & Teamwork [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]
• Provide inputs in addressing critical challenges facing the organization
