Assignment Details

Core of the activity for the role is to balance the front end planning function such as Demand Planning/ Supply Planning / Distribution planning etc. and acting as a bridge between Domestic Supply planning and Overseas Customers and ensure the customers’ orders are met on time in full quantity

The consultants would be responsible for:
• Ensuring stocks are exported on time against the demands of customers to
meet ICDOT (Inter Company Despatch On Time) KPI
• Coordination with the central supply planning team and secure stocks for
Exports
• Driving Demand Supply Reconciliation (DSR) process with overseas customers
on weekly basis
• Partnering customers and giving them visibility on opportunity and stress packs
(ensuring overall business numbers delivery)
• Ensure forecast accuracy of customers
• Work with customers and IT support team to ensure demand nos are correctly
available in the system to avoid human errors
• Manage the Networks by timely updating customers about new launches and
get the orders accordingly
• Sharing views and visibility of networks in S&OP process with customers
• Timely initiating new material codes and all masters setup to get orders
• Guiding depots/ factories on any execution / hygiene issue
• Following up with depots / factories for timely despatch of stocks
• Ensuring all documents such as FSC, GMPs, COAs are obtained from factories
and maintained as per the requirements of customers.
• Looking at trends for problems in despatch compliances
• Updating ICSA and PCP/ICQA whenever new packs are planned for exports
• Ensuring hygiene in the processes and systems

The project would be based out of the clients office in Mumbai.
