Assignment Details

Our client, a leading multinational FMCG company is looking for a Procurement officer with 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible to support buyers to execute new contracts/extension, vendor onboarding
(Velocity), RSP compliance.
 Evaluating cost for weekly CMRP list
 Collaboration with CMRP for ensuring availability of contract, FSI & CMRP Masters
 Monthly review on SNCR and compliance with actions
 Weekly Collaboration with Supplier for Smooth Functioning
 Art works & Specification management for Customer packaging
 Network Innovation & Soft changeover support
 Maintaining and controlling Inventory Management
 Handling Day to Day Operations for Procurement and Supply chain
 Renewal & maintenance of commercial term agreements, NDA
 Value Addition support needed wherever applicable
 Reconciliation of the spend from paper mill & convertor

Skills Required

 Experienced (3-5 years) in a procurement role in a large/medium organization
 Basic negotiation skill and a good communicator (fluent in English)
 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables), MS Powerpoint and data analytics
 Experience of collaborative working in virtual/physical team environments
 Good networking, ability to build rapport with diverse set of stakeholders
 Strong analytical skills and to be able to present key findings in a crisp way
 Project management, time management & prioritization
 Self-starter, able to work independently and eager to learn
