Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Financial Services firm is looking to engage with a consultant for design thinking and digital transformation of their operations.
Design thinking is an organized process which helps generate clearly defined outputs in each step of the
process which finally results in an innovation. In the process, design thinking reshapes the experiences of the ‘innovators’ and helps bring in a deep customer centricity in solution designing.

Some of the major challenges in design thinking are:
1. To ensure superior solutions are generated
2. Risks of change and cost are optimized
3. There is stakeholder and customer buy-in. Final solutions need to be usable by the end user and achieve the primary goal of improving customer experience and the secondary goals of revenue/cost/effciency
4. Changing the mindset of stakeholders to a continual design thinking process in all solution generation

Responsibilities -
- Work with stakeholders to develop hypotheses for problem statements
- Build design thinking capability in teams
- Drive differentiation and competitive advantage using design thinking
- Evaluate current processes for design interventions
