Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consultancy in the wastewater treatment segment is looking for a Strategy Consultant to drive a planned domestic expansion.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting the detailed market study, gauging market potential in figures
conducting market research, feasibility analysis, forecasting growth numbers and finding supported by numbers.
2. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters
3. Working with the key stakeholders to design strategies to achieve target
4. Helping define an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and train resources on execution.
5. Drive analysis and assessment of the industry and specific markets, across multiple dimensions

This project will be based entirely in Bengaluru and will require a full time, on-site capacity from the consultant.

Skills Required

- Experience of working with SMEs and MSMEs
- Extensive experience in market research, expansion consulting and market assessment
- Should have been exposed to waste management industry/eco-green intiatives/sustainable initiatives
- Strong data analysis and report-writing skills
- Comfort with doing hands-on research & data analysis
