Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Senior Aluminum Advisor. As part of business development work, they are looking for partners with expertise in conducting a pre-feasibility assessment of an aluminium fluoride (AlF3) manufacturing plant (from aluminium dross generated during smelting), on 2 broad verticals:
1. Technical Assessment: Assess the broad technical feasibility of the plant prototype and benchmark the same with domestic/global players producing AlF
3. This would cover the production of ATH (Aluminum Tri-hydrate) and subsequent conversion from ATH to AlF3, including process, technology, input raw materials, etc.
2. Capex and Opex Assessment: On a broad/ballpark level, understand the capex/opex of the project with any key highlights vis-à-vis the industry figures.
- The candidate must have experience in the recycling of aluminium dross and manufacturing of aluminium fluoride.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a team of professionals
- Familiarity with modern technology tools
- Very strong communication and writing skills.
- Some travel across the country may be needed
