Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking to engage with a Consultant.
Key responsibilities:
-Designing persona based award categories in the insurance space such as : Head of Treasury, Chief Risk Officer, Certified Risk Manager, Risk Management Associate, Certified Insurance Counselor, Accredited Adviser In Insurance, Insurance Head, Insurance Manager, Chief Insurance Officer, Underwriter. Essentially, Insurance Officers / Managers charged with the responsibility of business-related insurance covers. So namely Insurance decision makers that protect their company against operational risks such as theft, financial losses, employee’ health and accidents, so on and so forth. And the categories would vary as per company sector size, ranging from MSME, to SME, to Mid To Large, as per annual turnover -- and across industry verticals.
-Determining Nomination form and evaluation criteria for evaluation of nomination forms. We are tentatively envisioning receiving ~100-150 entries from which we'd felicitate ~10-12 award winners (individual Insurance Officers) in their respective categories.
-Evaluation and shortlisting of applicants for Jury Members
-Summarizing applications and presenting to the Jury Members
