A Leading American Private Foundation
Our client, a leading American Private Foundation, is looking to engage with a Public Health Strategy & Program Management Consultant to work with their India Country Office Health Director and team.
Scope of work:
1. Engage is synthesizing progress and lessons learned from implementation of workplan aligned to MOHFW MoC.
2. Summarize strategy notes & related knowledge outputs related to the Health team's projects on Urban Primary Health Care, Adolescent Health, Nutrition etc and present them to the leadership.
3. Support the Health Director in planning a Health team retreat by preparing retreat materials/pre-reads and implementing the retreat.
4. Provide standing support to critical health strategy projects as requirements arise/change.
Deliverables:
1. Summary of progress and lessons learned for the MOHFW workplan
2. UPHC and Adolescent health strategy notes/ppts
3. Health cluster retreat plan, related pre-reads/decks
4. Deliverables mutually agreed upon for the "standing support" projects
This project is for a duration of up to 12 months based in Delhi NCR and requires one to devote full time capacity in a hybrid setting.
- 5-7 years of experience of working on public health projects and public health background
- Past experience of program management is a must
- Past experience of working in an academic/ NGO/ government environment is highly desired
- Ability to work in a team with multiple touch points
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
