Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a consultant to drive operations transformation for their client - A Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drive transformation to achieve efficiency, excellence and innovations in pharmaceutical production by cutting down operational cost, reducing waste, increasing efficiency and thus increasing revenue.
2. Advise and provide technical support to the client to plan and design the assessment exercise - key parameters/metrics to look at, sources of data, design of the on-site assessments.
3. Analyse specific sites to identify effective reduction techniques tailored to the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
4. Review of operations and key processes based on lean manufacturing practices.
5. Prioritise improvement areas and working with the client to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan.

The role is based in Chandigarh.

Skills Required

* Experience in a top tier consulting firm is a must.
* Prior experience in consulting assignments related to operations/manufacturing transformation projects in pharma/chemical/related industries.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills
* Ability to lead a team
* Work experience in a top-tier firm with project experience in the manufacturing domain
