Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a project manager.
Following are the key responsibilities:
- Owning end to end support of the product/Analytics solution.
- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology as per standards.
- Adhere to agile delivery methodology and facilitate project team to adhere to it as well.
- Facilitate landscape/environments provisioning & maintenance for product developments after PGLS state.
- Guide delivery/operations team on processes and direct to right people for addressing queries and concerns. Help escalating long standing issues.
- Owns the Technical operations plan from and keep it updated from time to time-Plan on page and detailed project plan.
- Liaise with scrum masters/technical leads to make sure support activities are delivered as planned.
- Lead Tech leads meetings and update leadership team on the weekly project lead meetings and highlight anything that needs their attention clearly.
• 3-5 Yrs. of Basic technical experience in Azure technology and Data science domain with some management experience
• Strong hold of Agile methodologies, Jira, Scrum etc.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Architecture basics
• Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery.
• Become the Single point of contact for Operations and act as an advocate between the Project team, Product owner and DevOps.
• Drive and coordinate crisis management. Recommend options with Pros and Cons
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
