Assignment Details

Our client is a fast growing logistics solutions company. They are looking forward to engage with a Senior Sales Consultant to train and upskill the sales personnel.

Responsibilities include:

1. Structuring a Training and Development program for on boarding sales personnel
2. Setting up KRAs and monitoring process
3. Upskilling new employees to take up more ownership and responsibilities,
enhancing their negotiation and pitch skills
4. Staying up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
5. Identifying current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and taking steps
to execute improvement strategies
6. Ensuring tasks, workflow, responsibility and authority support stated objectives

Note: This project will be based out of Noida and a full time support will be required for 3 months from the consultant

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in the Sales domain will be a great add on
2. Should have worked in B2B domain
3. Prior engagement in working with SMEs/ MSMEs is a must
4. Competent in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to
leadership, L1 and L2
5. Proficient in designing training program for sales team based on inputs from
management
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
