Assignment Details

Our client, a Fast Growing manufactures and suppliers of beverages, is looking for a senior Sales consultant to design a long term sales strategy and identify areas of growth for the company.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Evaluate overall sales strategy
2. Review the sales strategy for different channels to optimize them
3. Review role division and people management in sales hierarchy
4. Design and implement targeted sales transformation strategies
5. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
6. Initiate and coach team on their roles in effective change

NOTE: This project will be based in Delhi/NCR region.

Skills Required

1. Prior experience in a B2C setup is a must
2. Should have worked in the retail space
3. Experience in working in the Sales domain of Consumer Products space will be a great add on
4. Proficiency in designing SOPs, process documents and transitioning to leadership
