Our client, A Customer Loyalty and Monetization company is looking to engage with a Project Executive (PMO) / Associate Project Manager Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project tasks and milestones are tracked effectively and efficiently using MS Project.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs and weekly trackers.
• Follow-up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and project
milestones are met.
• Utilize exceptional Excel skills for data analysis and reporting to provide insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and
coordination across projects.
• Prepare and present project status and progress reports for project governance meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO standards, tools, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a PMO setup or similar role.
• A relevant project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or
similar is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of project management software, particularly MS Project.
• Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint for project tracking and reporting.
• Experience in maintaining RAID logs, weekly trackers, and other project
management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
