Our client, a boutique consulting firm, is looking to engage with a strategy consultant to develop a viable Home Healthcare business model.
Work involves:
- Sign-up 1-2 Home Healthcare (HHC) companies as GLOW partners and align on mutually beneficial objectives, activities, and timelines.
- Create ~200 HHC jobs for women via GLOW partners.
- Interview ~100 caregivers and ~100 customers to understand needs, challenges, decision-making process.
- Develop a viable HHC business model (Excel).
- Pilot and refine 15 – 20 interventions (along with GLOW partners) that can help HHC companies scale.
- Develop ~100 slide deck that captures best practices for HHC companies.
- In addition to the above, the resource is expected to take the lead on other activities and deliverables that may emerge during the course of the engagement.
This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 6 months in Mumbai.
- Experience of working in a top-tier firm is required.
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
