Our client, a leading automotive supply chain and logistics firm, is looking for a senior Sales Strategy consultant to design long term sales strategy and identify areas of growth for the company.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify areas of growth for scale and profitability
2. Designing and implementing plans for the long term sales strategy
3. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders
4. Initiate and coach key stakeholders on their roles in effective change
5. Work with the consulting team in identifying other areas of sales opportunities
This project will be based entirely in Chennai and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.
1. Should have prior experience in consulting space
2. Hands on experience in running sales transformation workshops, sales training, capability uplift etc.
3. Understanding of manufacturing sector and exports is a must
