Assignment Details

Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is looking for a senior HR lead to drive and revamp their overall HR processes, employee career planning, performance evaluations and culture agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire transformation journey to define the success parameters (KPI's based on industry benchmarks) as well as designing the key strategies to get there.
2. Designing and implementing the best in class organisation structure based on company vision of growth.
3. Defining an effective implementation plan with clear milestones and train internal HR teams on execution.
4. Providing the required training for increasing employee motivation, inculcating professionalism and controlling employee attrition.

This is a 3 months project requiring full time onsite capacity in Bangalore

Skills Required

Hands on Experience in:
1. Training and engagement programs for all L1, L2 and L3 employees
2. B2C sector, preferably in automotives manufacturing
3. Designing SOP's, review metrics etc.
4. Developing and implementing organisation culture and communication programs
