UKV will continue to expand its portfolio and have plans to penetrate other markets in the regions of the Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra & Gujrat covering 70000 Stores by 2021. 

The sales operations are organized, each having its own dedicated sales team to deliver the right focus by product, by channel & customer. These groups cover directly all channels including modern trade, wholesale, traditional and specialty channels.
UKV optimizes the use of information and telecommunication technology to provide the maximum operational efficiency and access to online real-time data across all functions. 
We work in full collaboration and transparency with our Principals and Partners, sharing data in order to act in a timely and effective manner to respond to the needs of the business .

Assignment Details

1.Help in developing the right business proposal and GTM strategy for our Principals
2.Broad Picture on why this model, pros and cons.
3. Understand and structure the key elements of a successful sales transformation process.
4. Case study on what the recent changes FMCG companies have adopted in there GTM strategy.
5.Personnel & Performance training & Tracking
5. Identify, appoint, develop and manage the right network of like distributors/ transporters .

Skills Required

1. Experience – 8 years with high execution and metric orientation
2. Able to identify a customer need based on field observations
3. Financial modeling (must be comfortable with Excel & Powerpoint)
4. Understanding of market research techniques and the ability to draw conclusions from the data
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to summarize complex information in a clear and concise manner
6. Influence management with customers and field sales agents
7. Negotiation & networking skills
