Assignment Details

Our client, a top tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Sales Consultant to formulate strategies for their client- a leading pharmaceutical company

The Consultant will be required to:
1. Work with the consulting team in providing strategical and analytical support
2. Drive aggressive scaling-up initiatives under the sales vertical for the client by introducing new tactical sales strategies that are effective in a new, changing marketplace
3. Strategise on ways to effectively ensure achievement of client sales targets
4. Hardcore implementation of effective channel sales strategies
5. Identifying bottlenecks and under-performing areas and engage with senior stakeholders to initiate improvement strategies

This is a full-time 4-6 weeks project based in Mumbai.

Skills Required

1. Experience in the commercial/sales domain of leading Pharma companies
2. Experience in the Pharma and Medical Device industry is mandatory
3. Excellent inter-personal skills
4. Strong Problem Solving aptitude
