Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm is entering into the pilot/ implementation phase of a sales transformation and is looking for the support of a Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the regional teams of the client to understand business and functioning
2. Build effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders
3. Drive execution models that have been designed by the teams to deliver impact
4. Establish tools, methodologies and metrics to track performance
5. Work with the consulting team in identifying other areas of sales opportunities, process improvements; help de-bottleneck issues that may arise during implementation

This role currently requires remote support. Once the situation settles down, the consultant will be expected to travel to pilot markets (multiple markets across East and South India), keeping in mind the comfort and highest personal safety practices. Duration would be 6 months (extendable to 12 months).

Skills Required

1. Extensive experience in the Telecom industry is a must
2. Sales plans and strategies implementation experience in Telecom Sector is necessary
3. Sufficient experience in dealing with dealers, influencers etc.
4. Ability to drive implementation models in a fast-paced, changing environment
5. Relationship oriented
6. Excellent communications and presentation skills
