Assignment Details

Our client is a leading Consulting firm. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who has experience refinery process and operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the strategic and tactical aspects of the refinery plans- technical and personnel aspects for short- and long-term improvement and sustainability

2. Ensure Operations' involvement with turnaround planning and activities with the Engineering, Maintenance and other groups

3. Ensure efficiency in plant operations

Note: This is 6 months project in Orissa (extendable to 12 months) and will require full-time capacity.

Skills Required

- Technically qualified with 10-12 years of extensive experience in refinery operations
- People Management skills
- Indepth understanding of Refinery Process, including best practices
