Our client, a top tier management consultancy, is working with an IT firm and to support their initiatives they are looking to engage with a Sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the team in the form of Deal specific insights (e.g., strategic priorities of
account, industry benchmarks, best practices, etc.)
2. Win themes for the deal – critical differentiation for client (e.g., exceed cost
targets, provide in year savings, showcase experience, etc.)
3. Stakeholder map analysis – identify who are key decision makers, what are their
priorities
4. RFP response story lining – creating a detailed TOC for RFP response
considering win themes, RFP asks, industry/account insights
5. Review the RFP response (priority sections) and suggest improvements; get it
reviewed through experts
6. High level orals strategy (e.g., participants, role, messaging, sequencing, points to
highlight, review of deck and sharpening of messaging)
7. Conduct mock orals, prepare deal team, conduct orals with expert panel (oral
presentation in front of ex CIO, experts to get feedback and sharpen messaging)
8. Leverage the resources/experts to provide the above mentioned support
9. Work closely as part of a broader team and leadership to deliver the
responsibilities
Note: This project will require a remote support for a period of around 10 months.
1. Hands on experience with a top tier IT firm in Sales/operations domain is a
must
2. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
3. Customer-focused orientation
4. Strong analytical thinking skills
5. Highly effective communicator, with strong “influencing” skills
6. Self-starter, independent worker
7. High energy, motivated personality and with robust problem-solving attitude
8. Preferred to have experience in concept sales and ability to create value
propositions.
