Assignment Details

A Top HR Consulting Firm is looking for a Talent and M&A Consultant to work within their team across multiple projects and client development opportunities.

The types of project work involved will be as follows:

A. Talent Consulting:

1. Role clarification exercises
2. Help with job evaluation & band/grade structuring
3. Design competency & career architecture frameworks
4. Implement industry approved processes for assessment/development centers
5. Designing effective Performance Management Systems for clients
6. Employee engagement strategies

B. M&A practice:

1. Perform HR due diligence as part of on-going deals
2. HR integration planning
3. Do-by-close and day 1 preparation
4. Post-deal HR integration management
5. Project management
6. Culture, communication and change management, etc.

Skills Required

1. 4-5 years of experience in working on organisation design and performance management projects ideally in a leading consulting firm.
2. Experience in change and communications consulting, especially around the time of an M&A would be a plus
3. Ability to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly.
4. Excellent project management and communication (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization) skills.
