Assignment Details

The Wadhwani Foundation is looking to engage with an Investment Consultant to assist in evaluating investment opportunities for the Catalyst Fund. Also, the group is setting up a Healthcare Innovation programme; the consultant has to support in evaluating companies to be shortlisted for this program

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing of opportunities as per the criteria of the fund/programme
2. Evaluation of the opportunities – understand the sector, commercial and financial
analysis of the company, preparation of the materials for investment committee

Note: This Project is based out of Mumbai and requires full time support for 3 months (extendable).

Skills Required

1. Professional experience in corporate finance, PE/ VC or Hedge Funds is
required
2. Prior experience of working in the healthcare sector/ healthcare projects is a
must
3. Should have a problem solving aptitude
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Motivated and ability to drive and take initiatives
