Key Responsibilities

Strategic Insight Development

Identify and articulate major themes driving new design spending across industries and product categories
(e.g., next-gen silicon programs, AI accelerators, automotive silicon, IoT devices, HPC/Cloud infra chips)
Distinguish between next-generation and derivative design spending patterns

Help the team understand the procurement dynamics, vendor selection criteria, and partnership models used by top semiconductor and hyperscaler companies
Share real-world insights on how design engineering teams, sourcing teams, and executive leadership influence buying decisions
Provide perspective on competitive differentiation strategies in hardware engineering
Guide the GTM team on emerging opportunities aligned with major technology transitions
Participate in regular working sessions with the Wipro and program teams
Deliver structured inputs, frameworks, and strategic recommendations as needed
Support refinement of customer targeting and GTM motions using firsthand domain expertise

Skills Required

Skills and Experience

15+ years of experience in hardware engineering roles, with recent senior leadership responsibilities
Deep understanding of silicon design, VLSI development, system architecture, and hardware development cycles
Strong insight into design budgeting, vendor selection, and technology investment priorities
Ability to translate complex engineering contexts into strategic business recommendations
Excellent communication and advisory skills
