Our client, a leading technology solutions provider for suppliers, distributors, bottlers, and retailers in the beverage industry, is looking to engage an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and support their enterprise IT environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and support core IT infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, VPNs, Windows/Linux servers, and virtual environments to ensure high system availability.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices and server infrastructure while handling critical incidents and preventive maintenance.
Administer Active Directory, Okta, and user access controls, ensuring strong identity management and endpoint security practices.
Provide end-user support such as laptop provisioning, software installation, issue resolution, and asset management.
Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and change management processes by supporting audits, documentation, and operational controls.
Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers and driving efficient infrastructure operations.

Strong hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Linux systems.
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and solid understanding of server lifecycle management.
Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint security tools, and security best practices aligned with compliance standards like SOC 2.
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform system monitoring, and ensure high availability of critical services.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience mentoring teams and coordinating with vendors.
