Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the identification, vetting, and deployment of skilled technology professionals across a broad spectrum of domains. The SME will serve as the primary interface between client requirements and available talent, ensuring the right experts are engaged for the right assignments efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and match technical talent across diverse skill domains to active project requirements
Conduct or facilitate competency-based screening and evaluation of candidates
Collaborate with delivery and project teams to understand engagement scope, timelines, and fitment criteria
Maintain a curated pipeline of pre-vetted experts across technology stacks
Provide advisory input on skill benchmarking, market rates, and resource availability
