We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Data & Analytics to lead and drive strategic initiatives across our global data landscape. The role requires strong expertise in managing complex projects within domains such as Data Security, Data Lakes, and Master Data Governance (MDG). The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing large-scale programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of mission-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end project management for data platforms and environments, from planning to successful execution and delivery.
- Lead strategic projects in the areas of data security, data lakes, and MDG, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration across technology, business, and functional stakeholders.
- Engage and manage international stakeholders, building trust and ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while upholding quality standards.
- Adapt to and balance hybrid methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum) based on project needs.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, key metrics, and risks to senior leadership and governance bodies.
