-Build and maintain automated test suites and scripts for multiple intelligent automation technologies.
-Design, prepare, and execute test scenarios, test data, and end-to-end test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
-Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and end users to coordinate internal testing and UAT activities.
-Publish and track quality metrics including defect counts, severity levels, and test execution statistics after each cycle.
-Investigate and analyze issues during testing phases and differentiate between system, code, and business rule exceptions.
-Participate in sprint planning and release planning, ensuring test schedules are well-communicated and aligned with delivery timelines.
-Minimum 8+ years of automation testing experience in Agile and DevOps-driven environments.
-Hands-on expertise in developing automation scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Python, etc.
-Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
-Proven ability to understand business domains, work with stakeholders, and prepare accurate test data, scenarios, and quality validation.
-Strong automation experience for APIs using SOAPUI, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
-Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadNinja, WebLoad, etc.
-Expertise in different test automation methodologies: Keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, Hybrid approaches.
-Experience in conducting sanity, integration, functional, and regression testing across QA, UAT, and production environments.
-Exposure to ERP, CRM systems and test data preparation for ML algorithms is a plus.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
-Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work in a multi-stakeholder, onshore-offshore delivery model.
-Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MSc Computer Science, or equivalent.
-Good to have: Experience with Chatbot/AI products, Azure/AWS cloud platforms.
