Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Scrum Master Consultant.
In this role, we are looking for highly motivated individual who has ability to work with our
design and test teams.
Within SAFE framework, Scrum Master has key responsibilities in our organization : she/he is
accountable for the scrum team ways of working, deliveries and for its continuous
improvement. Scrum Master is empowered to get the team moving & to make things happen.
He/she will help boost Offer Innovation, Business deliveries through operational excellence.
Primary Skills (Technical Competency):Must have skills
In charge of 1 or 2 scrum teams/feature teams, to collaborate with Product Owners and
Release Train Engineers, Tech Leaders, architects to enable execution in alignment with the
strategy and the backlog
Identify and manage dependencies;
Build effective working relationship between Product Owner, Agile Teams and stakeholders
including management
Support the Squad by helping remove impediments and facilitate the Sprint Cycles (with
rituals & key events)
Monitor and communicate the lead time in delivering customer & business values
Promote Agile Values and mindset proactively, promote scrum team transparency &
dedication
Guide the squad focusing on creating high value per releases
Master Agile and SAFE processes and fine tune them to team needs (e.g., mixing Scrum &
Kanban to manage maintenance & development)
Learn tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery
Strong engineering background in product development and Testing in Microsoft cloud
technologies or embedded product development. Should be from engineering background
only not from pure IT domain
Monthly Capacity – 80-100 hours
Mode of engagement - physical presence in office in bangalore
Expected presence weekly –total 4 times, 3 time physical , 1 time may be remote
Duration – minimum 6 months maximum 12 month
Profile and Qualification
-Overall, 10+ years of experience in Engineering Cloud or Embedded Product
Development in C,C++
-MTECH/MS or BE/BTECH in Electronics/Computers Science/Electricals
-This position requires strong communication internal customers and self-organizing
skills
-SAFE, Scrum and Kanban Experience and Education
-Languages: English (advanced)
