Translate application and mobile penetration testing findings into practical remediation plans and coordinate implementation with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
Lead and manage application security projects, ensuring timely delivery of remediation initiatives, security enhancements, and tool deployments.
Drive secure application lifecycle practices by collaborating with development teams to integrate security controls during design, development, testing, and deployment stages.
Coordinate vulnerability remediation across applications, tracking progress, managing stakeholders, and ensuring closure within defined timelines.
Oversee configuration and security of application environments, including authentication mechanisms, certificates, APIs, and domain integrations.
Act as the key liaison between application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk mitigation and compliance requirements.
Monitor application security posture and proactively identify risks related to application exposure, misconfigurations, and access controls.
Support incident response efforts related to application security by performing impact assessment, coordinating fixes, and driving post-incident improvements.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk trackers, and governance updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Hands-on experience in Application Security and vulnerability remediation.
Ability to interpret application/mobile penetration test reports and drive remediation with development teams.
Experience managing application security projects and tracking remediation lifecycle.
Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and application vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and application security controls.
Familiarity with SSL/TLS, APIs, authentication, and domain configurations.
Experience collaborating with developers, DevOps, and security teams.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
