Our client, A global, independent insurance brokerage and risk management firm. is upgrading its IT infrastructure and deploying additional tools to support the business.
Key Responsibilities
Translate mobile application penetration test findings into practical infrastructure, network, and domain-level remediation actions.
Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, routing rules, access controls, and segmentation.
Configure and secure DNS, domain settings, certificates, and related infrastructure components to reduce attack surface.
Perform hands-on remediation across cloud and on-prem infrastructure, addressing vulnerabilities identified through security assessments.
Work closely with application and security teams to validate fixes and ensure vulnerabilities are effectively closed.
Monitor infrastructure security posture and proactively identify risks related to networking, application exposure, and misconfigurations.
Support incident response activities by analyzing infrastructure-level issues and implementing corrective actions.
Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure security, networking, and application risk remediation
Ability to interpret mobile application penetration test reports and convert findings into actionable infrastructure fixes
Practical experience with network security controls (firewalls, security groups, routing, ACLs, segmentation)
Solid understanding of DNS, domain management, SSL/TLS certificates, and related configurations
Experience securing cloud and/or on-prem infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments)
Familiarity with common application and infrastructure vulnerabilities (OWASP, misconfigurations, exposed services)
Hands-on experience with implementing remediation actions, not just recommending controls
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting for troubleshooting and fixes
Ability to collaborate closely with application, security, and DevOps teams during remediation cycles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset with attention to execution and follow-through
