Assignment Details

Our client enables small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in logistics with technology, operations know-how and a pan-India network. It offers services ranging from first-mile, line-haul, last-mile deliveries and modular logistics software solution to partners. They are looking for a consultant who could build a business model for the SME business.

Key Deliverables:
1. Analysis of industry trends, best practices and competition using primary / secondary research
2. Working with senior management to understand current challenges
3. Provide hands-on support addressing growth issues
4.Formulate the business strategy and growth plan

Note - This is a 4 weeks project and may involve travel to Bangalore

Skills Required

1) Ability to summarise complex information in a clear and concise manner
2) Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
4) Past experience of leading the SME vertical for a company offering similar services
5) Deep Industry knowledge and first hand experience in logistics companies.
