It offers services ranging from first-mile, line-haul, last-mile deliveries and modular logistics software solution to partners. They are looking for a consultant who could help in developing a clear go-to-market and growth strategy for the part truck load business.
Key Deliverables:
1. Identify current and future market trends, needs and identifying growth needs
2. Assist in developing conventional growth plans and tactics to maximize the potential of business.
3. Facilitate implementation of business plans and marketing strategies to increase market penetration or market share where appropriate.
4. Interact with key customers, sales representatives, and marketing partners to derive critical insights for the business plan
5. Identify key customer needs specific to target market
6. Execute market plans necessary to undertake conventional market development activities with clear metrics and distinct milestones
Note - This is a 4 weeks project and may require travel to Bangalore

2) Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
3) Deep Industry knowledge and first hand experience in logistics companies.
