Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant Commercial Structural Engineer/ Project Engineer. They are working with a building material client and is looking to fulfill the following requirements:
Key responsibilities:
- Experience building commercial real estate properties (malls, offices, etc.) and who can support holding techno-business conversations with potential customers of client.
- Consultant will be supporting sales team, working on pre sales work as well
Duration- 6 months
Capacity- Full time (Hybrid) Minimum 3 days a week, onsite
Location- Mumbai with need base travel to other client site (cost covered by client)
- 10 years of relevant experience
- PMO, design, project engineering
- Experience building commercial real estate properties (malls, offices, etc.)
- Good understanding of structural steel, commercial real estate construction requirements and communication skills.
- Experience in structural steel, from Civil engineering/ designing structural steel background. People working in commercial real estate only.
