Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Wiring Device Painting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities -

- To calibrate the measurement device before its due date.
- To prepare quality control for Painting works, procedures, standards, parameters etc.
- To ensure the delivered paint, hardener and thinner are according to the requirement to meet specifications.
- To manage FIFO of the paint related materials and to manage its expiry dates.
- Act as the Main window with internal customers with regards to any non- conformance during incoming or outgoing and to get customer disposition
- Act as main window with external partners such as but not limited to paint manufacturers, paint booth suppliers, etc.

Duration - 6 Months
Capacity - Full-Time, On-Site
Location - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Skills Required

• More than 4 years of experience in the said domain
• Experience managing a team of painters.
• Proficient in environment, health and safety regulations with regards to painting process.
• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment.
• Understand and able to manage a painting shop budget.
• Understand paint application key parameters, techniques, different paint materials and able to train others.
• Understand and able to train others for paint mixing process.
o Familiar with paint shop and equipment maintenance.
o Proficient in reading and understanding PDS/TDS of paint & related liquids
o Able to troubleshoot process optimization/rejections/rework.
