Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Technical Project Lead Consultant.

Responsibilities
 Design Verification & Testing. Create complex test methods and procedures to evaluate power electronic products.
 Develop verification and validation automation test scripts using Python and LabVIEW.
 Design and implement automated test systems in Python and enabling continuous integration of the system development releases.
 Automate documentation as per the standards for scripts
 Advanced Automatic techniques for HMI Image processing and prognostics
 Should have experience in NI development platform.
 Automate data collection, analyse and plot as per client's electric design standard.
 Collaborate with cross functional team engineers to assure product is designed for test.
 Automate test instruments like Oscilloscope, AC source, Power analyser, DMM, DC source, Data logger.
 Database management for test results, test data analysis either manually or using
python-based data analysis script.
 Develop Instrument driver API using LabVIEW and Python
 ATE development for system DVT testing.
 Understanding the hardware, Testing Software, Diagnosis Software, Software Up-gradation, Bug Fixing, debugging and Customer Support.

Skills Required

Skills required:
 BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics or Instrumentation with 4+ years of experience in system design verification test.
 Should be having development knowledge of LabVIEW and National instrument hardware platforms.
 Should have strong programming experience in Python.
 Experience in communication protocols like GPIB and CAN based instrumentation.
 Experience using version control tools like Git, SVN etc.
 Hands-on experience with electrical and electronics systems.
 Good understanding of basic power electronics concepts, including circuit theory and Electrical system.
 Good technical and Analytical skills in troubleshooting circuits and finding the root cause of failures
 Candidate should have good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
