Talentonic is a Strategic HR consulting organization based out of Gurgaon. We are looking for an Industry expert for one of our projects with a Telecom Infrastructure organisation.
We are looking for someone who has held leadership level positions in the Engineering/technical function in companies like Aricent, Alcatel Lucent, Ericson, Tejas Networks or similar organisations. The Industry expert should have experience in personally handling teams in the areas of:
· Analysis, design, development and maintenance of highly complex products in Telecom domain such as 4G LTE EPC, LTE IMS, 2G GSM Systems, VoIP Solutions, VHF Radio to SIP Integration, GSM System to IP PBX inter working Solution
· Design of RF Circuits & RF Systems from specification to production.
· Handling teams of solution architects, system architects.
The project will engage the domain expert in the following two activities for which he/ she should be prepared and capable.
(1) Comment and value add on the overall organisation structure of the firm particularly the engineering function.
(2) Assessment of the functional competence of employees, particularly senior employees working in the engineering functions.
The project will be 2-3 months long but, will require 12-20 man-days of the Industry expert at relevant touch points including inputs on the structure, manpower planning and capability assessment of the client’s team
Skills Required
