Assignment Details

We are looking for Consultants/Senior Consultants who have either COE or direct Consulting experience in the following areas.

(1) Organisation design & effectiveness.

(2) Leadership Assessment & Development.

(3) Major HR process redesign such as Performance Management Systems.

(4) Competency modelling.

(5)Product Management for technology products.

The role is Client facing to design client solutions. The usual client facing skills are required. Presentation. Documentation. Technical solutioning in the above areas.
