Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG giant is looking for a Procurement Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring DFA storage SOP compliance by storage partners.
2. Continuous engagement with storage partners on heating and re-circulation commencement and discontinuance.
3. Engaging with surveyors to ensure sampling principles as agreed are adhered too before receipt and dispatch.
4. Coordinating with sourcing unit on truck placement and dispatch, including timely invoicing and dispatch.
5. Following up on delayed payment from the noodle convertors on a daily basis.
6. Identifying cost-saving opportunities, execution& reporting of all cost savings programs.
7. Ensure OTIF deliveries and Quality compliances.

Skills Required

1. Person who has supply chain operations will be preferred.
2. Conversant with Procurement tools like Ariba, SAP, Coupa & Power BI
3. University degree
4. At least 3 to 5 years solid experience in Procurement, Sourcing & Supplier Operations
5. Experience on project management roles
6. Demonstrated and proven capabilities to work in cross-functional teams
